Paco Ladrón de Guevara
Focusing his artistic research on visual arts and performance, Paco Ladrón de Guevara uses various mediums such as installation, drawing, and dance to bring his projects to life. After graduating with a degree in Fine Arts in 2018 (Granada, Spain), Paco moved to Brussels and Berlin to pursue independent dance training through classes and artistic encounters. Since then, he has worked professionally as a dancer with Aura Dance Theatre (Lithuania) and Ballet Pforzheim (Germany). After completing the 2021/22 season, Paco settled in Stuttgart as a freelancer, which allowed him to work in various cities across Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and Spain. In recent years, he has continued his multidisciplinary research through exhibitions and performances. In June 2022, he choreographed a duet titled *We are the ones (fragment of thought II)* for Ballet Pforzheim, as well as the solo works *No one else but me (and a vacuum cleaner)* and *How noisy is too noisy?*, both of which have been presented multiple times internationally. In 2023, he premiered his first full-length piece, a multidisciplinary duet titled *YAGA*, which has been performed in Granada and Algeciras and is scheduled to be part of Teatro Pradillo’s 2025 season in Madrid. Finally, it is worth noting his work as a teacher and facilitator in movement workshops and professional dancer training programs, as well as in contemporary drawing and new media labs in Spain, Lithuania, and Germany.
